Hong Kong singer Eason Chan managed to spend some time with his wife in the midst of his concert tour in China.

The 50-year-old was preparing for his upcoming shows in Dalian city. He posted on social media on Aug 29 rare photos taken with his wife, former TVB actress Hilary Tsui, also 50.

“Hmm... I heard that Dalian is very romantic,” the Cantopop singer wrote in Chinese.

Chan and Tsui were seen in a sunrise photo facing each other and smiling. In another snap, Chan rested his head on Tsui’s shoulder.

Tsui, who is now an entrepreneur, posted similar photos on Instagram.

The couple seldom share photos of themselves together on their social media accounts, even though they have been together for almost 30 years.

They began dating in 1996 and tied the knot 10 years later after Tsui gave birth to their daughter Constance in 2004.

The couple were in the news in June for their medical conditions.

Chan, famous for hits such as King Of Karaoke (2000) and Ten Years (2003), received more than 30 stitches on his chin after he collapsed from heatstroke while playing tennis outdoors. As a result, he had to postpone to 2025 six concerts in Chongqing slated for June and another six concerts in Foshan for July.

Meanwhile, Tsui, an avid runner, disclosed on social media in June that she was in hospital for a disc replacement surgery.

Chan restarted his China concert tour in Ningbo on Aug 9 and is performing six nights in Dalian from Aug 30 to Sept 8. – The Straits Times/Asia News Network
