Disney Channel star arrested after fight with boyfriend, says she’s pregnant
Skai Jackson (pic) has been arrested for domestic battery after a public fight with her boyfriend, according to TMZ and Page Six.
The 22-year-old actress, best known for her role as Zuri Ross on Jessie and Bunk’d, allegedly pushed her boyfriend multiple times during an altercation at Universal CityWalk in Hollywood, California, on Friday.
Security detained Jackson and called police; after reviewing footage, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department charged Jackson with misdemeanor domestic battery and she was released a few hours later.
According to Page Six, Jackson and her boyfriend, who was not identified, denied getting physical. The couple said they’re “happily engaged” and expecting their first child together.
The LA County District Attorney’s Office said it will review the case to determine if it will pursue charges. – syracuse.com/Tribune News Service
