Millie Bobby Brown and her fiance Jake Bongiovi reportedly tied the knot last weekend in a “very low-key” ceremony.

This was confirmed by international media outlets People and The Sun in separate reports on Friday, May 24.

“Millie and Jake quietly said their vows in America last weekend,” an unnamed source told The Sun. “It was a very low-key, romantic affair with their closest family with them as they said their vows.”

The insider further revealed that the Stranger Things actress, 20, and 22-year-old Bongiovi—son of rock legend Jon Bon Jovi—are planning to hold a bigger ceremony later this year. “But now they have legally married and done all the paperwork.”

The intimate wedding was reportedly attended by the couple’s parents. Further details on the special event have yet to be known, and the pair has also yet to publicly speak on the matter as of this writing.

Brown and Bongiovi met and connected in 2021 through Instagram. According to the actress, they “were friends for a bit” before they started dating in the same year. The couple announced their engagement in April 2023.

Among those who expressed their support for the couple were Bongiovi’s dad who said age doesn’t matter if one finds and grows with the right partner.

“I think that would be my advice really, is growing together is wise. I think that all of my kids have found the people that they think they can grow together with. And we like them all,” Jon Bon Jovi said. – Philippine Daily Inquirer/Asia News Network
