Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan have reportedly requested each other testify in court over their divorce as the ex-couple continue to dispute a financial settlement.

The former spouses and Step Up co-stars, both 43, were set for a hearing on April 12, with division of property, reimbursement claims, support, breach of fiduciary duty and attorneys’ fees serving as the “key issues” in their trial, according to court documents obtained by People.

Each submitted a witness list that included each other’s names, with the Rookie actress hoping she and Tatum will “testify regarding all issues related to the parties’ marriage including business and financial activities,” including those related to earnings from the latter’s Magic Mike franchise, the outlet reports.

On his list, Tatum also named Magic Mike director Steven Soderbergh as well as Dewan’s fiance, Steve Kazee, who’s “expected to testify regarding his and Petitioner’s cohabitation, joint expenses and all related matters.”

The intellectual property of Magic Mike is the “largest issue” the former couple needs to address, and will ultimately impact the other financial matters, says Dewan’s camp.

Among Dewan’s claims are that Tatum put the movies’ earnings – which she says they acquired together – into “an irrevocable trust” and delayed the case by refusing “to accept an equal division of the Magic Mike intellectual property.”

She accuses him of neglecting to notify her about opportunities related to the franchise and transferring licensing rights to a third party without telling her. Tatum has countered those claims.

Tatum and Dewan, who tied the knot in 2009 and split in 2018, reached a custody agreement in early 2020 over their 10-year-old daughter Everly.

The end of their marriage was “brewing for a while,” an insider told Entertainment Tonight at the time of their separation. “There is a sense of relief on both of their parts.”

Tatum is now engaged to Zoe Kravitz, while Dewan and Kazee share four-year-old son Callum and are expecting their second child together. – New York Daily News/Tribune News Service
