Thai actor Nonkul, 27, has admitted that he's currently pursuing actress Aff Taksaorn, 43.

In a recent interview with Thai media, Nonkul – whose real name is Chanon Santinatornkul – revealed that he’s exclusively talking to Aff right now. However, they don't consider each other as “boyfriend and girlfriend” yet.

“I admit that I’m pursuing Aff. She’s the only person I talk to right now. However, we haven’t used the word boyfriend or girlfriend yet as we both attach great importance to those terms,” he said.

Nonkul added that he and Aff continued talking to each other like “brother and sister” after filming for their upcoming drama, Find Yourself, wrapped up. The pair have meals and watch movies together, too.

Over time, Nonkul found his feelings for the actress growing the more he spoke with her.

When asked what he likes about Aff, the Bad Genius star responded: “She takes care of others well and is very attentive. She sent me a gift and came to visit me when I was unwell during filming. It moved me very much.”

Regarding the 16-year age gap, Nonkul said he sees nothing wrong with an older woman and younger man being in love.

“As long as we understand each other, I think it’s acceptable.”

Rumours of Nonkul and Aff dating have been circulating for quite a while, with eagle-eyed fans keeping tabs of the pair's interactions on Instagram.

Aff was previously married to tycoon Songkran Taechanarong, with whom she has a daughter. However, the pair divorced in 2018 following Songkran's affair.
