Hong Kong actress Cecilia Cheung often shares about her daily life on social media, including beauty tips and interactions with her three sons – Lucas, 15, Quintus, 12, and Marcus, four.

In recent years, Cheung has wowed netizens with her ageless appearance despite being 42. She recently impressed them again, and this time, it is for her healthy lifestyle.

A few days ago, Cheung posted a vlog of herself preparing a meal for her sons. When she opened the refrigerator, netizens were surprised to find not chocolate bars or snacks, but a wide array of green vegetables, shredded carrots and shrimp stored inside.

“Half of (the items in the refrigerator) are vegetables. So healthy,” one netizen said.

“This is the reason why she still looks so (youthful) at 42 years old,” noted another netizen.

“To live like Cecilia Cheung, you must (have a strong sense) of self-discipline,” said another.

The vlog also showed Cheung keeping four peeled boiled eggs in her refrigerator.

It is worth mentioning that in 2019, the actress said she eats only one boiled egg for lunch and would snack on raw onions to satisfy her appetite if she felt hungry later in the day.

While it is not known whether Cheung has changed her diet plan, netizens were still amazed by her dedication to healthy and disciplined eating habits.

Aside from leading a healthy lifestyle, the King Of Comedy star also received praise for her frugality and environmental consciousness.

Nanyang Siang Pau reported that Cheung recently took her second son, Quintus, to the convenience store where she bought him a cup of noodles to satisfy his hunger.

To save an extra dollar, the actress decided to not purchase a plastic bag. Many netizens praised the Failan actress for being thrifty and engaging in eco-friendly practices.

Cheung married popular Hong Kong actor Nicholas Tse in 2006 and welcomed two sons in 2007 and 2010. The couple divorced in 2011 but agreed to joint custody of their children.

In 2018, Cheung gave birth to her third son but has kept the father's identity a secret.
