Will Smith’s son shared a cryptic tweet following the Oscars incident involving his father.
Jaden Smith, 23, wrote “And That’s How We Do It” after Will Smith slapped Chris Rock over a joke the comedian told about the actor’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, during Sunday’s (March 27) Academy Awards ceremony at Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.
Rock joked he was looking forward to seeing Pinkett Smith, who has a shaved head, in G.I. Jane 2. Pinkett Smith has spoken about dealing with alopecia, a condition that causes hair loss.
“Keep my wife’s name out your (expletive) mouth,” Will Smith yelled at Rock after hitting the comedian on stage.
Smith won best actor at Oscars for his portrayal of Venus and Serena Williams’ father in King Richard.
He apologised to the Academy and his fellow nominees during his acceptance speech, but not to Rock.

Jaden starred with his dad in the 2006 movie The Pursuit Of Happyness.
The Los Angeles Police Department says it is “aware” of the incident but Rock hasn’t pressed charges.
“The individual involved has declined to file a police report,” LAPD said in a statement to the Daily News.
“If the involved party desires a police report at a later date, LAPD will be available to complete an investigative report.” – New York Daily News/Tribune News Service
