The latest Hollywood celebrity to get inoculated is Sharon Stone.

The Basic Instinct star posted on Instagram on Saturday (March 20) a photo of herself receiving the first dose of vaccine.

“Got my first vaccine ... Come to @coreresponse/Carbon Health. It was easy to get an appointment,” wrote the actress who turned 63 on March 10.

Her post garnered positive feedback from her fans and friends, including celebrities such as Vera Wang, Roberto Cavalli and Paulina Porizkova. Fellow actress Andie Macdowell chimed in: "Good for you I cant wait to get mine."

Stone's grandmother and godmother died from Covid-19 last year. In August 2020, Stone revealed that her sister, brother-in-law and husband were battling the virus last year.

"My grandmother died of Covid and my godmother died of Covid. My sister and her husband are fighting for their lives and my sister is not doing well," Stone said last year.

Later, she said her sister and brother-in-law were recovering and had tested negative for Covid-19 in September.
