Bollywood power couple Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor welcome second child

Bollywood actors Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan welcomed their second child on Feb 21, at a hospital in Mumbai, India.

The actress had posted “It’s A Boy” on her Instagram on Feb 21, with the caption: “#21022021 it's a baby boy. Tim has a baby brother!”

Indian media reported that Saif Ali released a statement thanking all the well-wishers. It read: “We have been blessed with a baby boy. Mom and baby are safe and healthy. Thank you to our well wishers for their love and support.”

Since the news of her delivery, the couple's family members and friends have been congratulating the two through Instagram posts and stories.

One of the first people to congratulate them was Kareena's sister, actress Karisma, who shared a throwback photo of the two of them with dad Randhir.

Saif Ali and Kareena, who got married in 2012, have a four-year-old son, Taimur Ali Khan. They have starred together in several films including Kurbaan, Agent Vinod and Tashan.

More recently, Kareena finished shooting her part in Aamir Khan film Laal Singh Chaddha and she will also be seen in Karan Johar’s film Takht.

Saif Ali’s projects include Adipurush, Bhoot Police and Bunty Aur Babli 2.
