Is ex-TVB star Bernice Liu getting married to billionaire Calvin Lo?

The rumour mill is going into overdrive with the possibility that former TVB actress Bernice Liu will be getting married next year.

It all began when Liu's friend, real estate developer Kyran Sze, posted a congratulatory message on social media, revealing that Liu and Hong Kong billionaire entrepreneur Calvin Lo were getting married next year.

Liu and Lo began seeing each other back in 2018 but broke things off six months later.

In October 2019, they were spotted together again, fuelling rumours that they had patched things up.

In an interview with Oriental Daily News (translation by 38jiejie.com), Sze explained he had dinner with Liu and Lo recently.

"Bernice introduced Calvin as her fiancé. Everyone was pretty drunk that night. Calvin said they are having the wedding next March. Bernice also responded it was true."

The incident then prompted the congratulatory social media post. However, the posting has since been taken down.

Oriental Daily News then reached out to the 2001 Miss Chinese International Pageant winner, who had this to say: "We bumped into each other at the restaurant. We politely had a chat. We weren't dining together. We also drank a little alcohol, but I wasn't drunk.

"As for other things, no comment."

So are wedding bells really ringing for Liu and Lo? It seems only time will tell.
