'Avengers: Endgame' returns to Malaysian cinemas, with extra footage

Avengers: Endgame

Never mind Thanos, The Avengers have Avatar in their sights.

Avengers: Endgame will be re-released in Malaysia this Saturday with additional footage, no doubt in a final push to overtake James Cameron's film as the No 1 highest-grossing film of all time. Released in 2009, Avatar grossed US$2.788bil in total. Avengers: Endgame is currently behind it in second on the all-time box-office list, with US$2.048bil.

Starting on 29 June, participating cinemas nationwide will hold a Bring Back event for fans to see Avengers: Endgame one more time on the big screen before it finishes its theatrical run.

Fans who buy a movie ticket will be treated to a video introduction by director Anthony Russo and an unfinished deleted scene from the film. You can check your local cinema listings to see which cinemas will be holding the Bring Back event.

With Spider-Man: Far From Home being released next week and already being referred to as the 'continuation of Avengers: Endgame', this will be your final chance to catch Endgame before it ends its theatrical run for good.

In a video release, Marvel Studios president Kevin Fiege says that Avengers: Endgame was NOT the end of the Infinity Saga. Yes, Spider-Man: Far From Home is the true conclusion to the Infinity saga and what started with the first Iron Man

finally comes to an end in this movie.
