PENANG-based High-Ace Industries Sdn Bhd is tapping the market of new high-rise residences in the state over the next two to three years to push its electric and hybrid gas cooker brand Livinox.
High-Ace managing director Lim Aun Ghee said, based on the National Information Property Centre report (Napic) published last year, there are 64,482 units of residential properties under construction in Penang.
