KUALA LUMPUR: MNRB Holdings Bhd
has made its inaugural issuance of commercial papers (CPs) with an aggregate nominal value of RM250mil under its RM500mil CP programme.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the CPs have a tenure of up to 364 days.
“Proceeds from the issuance of the CPs shall be utilised for the Issuer's general working capital, strategic and/or general investments, capital expenditure, refinancing, other general corporate purposes and/or defrayment of expenses in relation to the CP programme,” it said.
