Cuscapi CEO Peter Fang resigns amid shareholding changes

PETALING JAYA: Cuscapi Bhd has announced the resignation of its chief executive officer, Fang Kok Hong (also known as Peter Fang), effective Oct 9, 2026.

According to its Bursa Malaysia filing, Fang, 50, stepped down due to "personal commitments." He was appointed to the position on June 1, 2022.

His departure follows recent shifts in Cuscapi's shareholding structure. On Sept 17, 2026, Wong Thean Soon, better known as TS Wong, ceased to be a substantial shareholder.

Wong, who is the managing director of MyEG Services Bhd, disposed of 99.12 million shares via a direct business transaction, along with a further 4.5 million shares held through his company, Asia Internet Holdings Sdn Bhd.

Concurrently, Tan Boon Seng emerged as a substantial shareholder after acquiring 100.33 million ordinary shares (a 10.62% equity stake) on Sept 11, 2026.
