KUALA LUMPUR: Construction and infrastructure company Advancecon Holdings Bhd
has partnered ACEN C&I MY Holdings Sdn Bhd to provide clean energy options to tenants of Silver Valley Technology Park in Ipoh, Perak.
A memorandum of understanding was formalised between its unit Advancecon Development Sdn Bhd, the master developer of Silver Valley, and ACEN C&I MY Holdings yesterday.
Advancecon Holdings managing director Phum Boon Eng said in a statement that the company is taking its infrastructure expertise into Silver Valley.
“Manufacturers need more than development-ready land – they need an ecosystem that helps them succeed,” Phum pointed out.
“Our role is to anticipate tomorrow’s needs by bringing together the right partners, technologies and capabilities that make it easier for businesses to invest, operate and grow,” she said.
Silver Valley is a 1,092.65 ha integrated industrial development, with its 330.22 ha first phase jointly developed by Advance-con Holdings and Perak Corp Bhd
