KUALA LUMPUR: Exsim Hospitality Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM15.62mil subcontract from Nestcon Builders Sdn Bhd for the supply and installation of building services and general building works.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the subcontract commenced on Oct 8, 2026, and is scheduled for completion on Oct 31, 2028, with a stated duration of 24 months.
The contract also carries a defects liability period of 27 months from the date of the certificate of practical completion.
Exsim Hospitality said the subcontract was expected to contribute positively to its net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing throughout the duration of the works.
Exsim Concepto is principally involved in specialised fit-out services for hospitality properties, general contracting and centralised procurement.
