Alpha IVF proposed transfer to Main Market by 4Q 2026

KUALA LUMPUR: Alpha IVF Group Bhd has proposed transferring its listing from the ACE Market to the Main Market, slated for completion by the fourth quarter of 2026 (4Q 2026).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the fertility care specialist said the proposed transfer reflects its growth, profitability, and financial strength, and that it has met the profit track record requirements for a transfer to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd (Bursa Securities) via the accelerated transfer process.

The group said its daily market capitalisation based on the daily volume-weighted average price exceeds RM1 billion for the six months from March 27, 2026 to Sept 28, 2026, ranging from RM1.14 billion to RM1.35 billion, reflecting its scale of operations and ability to retain market confidence.

"The board believes that the proposed transfer will enhance the company's credibility, prestige and reputation, and accord the company with greater recognition and acceptance amongst investors, including institutional investors.

"This will in turn enhance the attractiveness and marketability of Alpha IVF shares," it said, adding that the exercise is also expected to enhance the confidence of its business partners, employees and shareholders through its profile as a company listed on the Main Market.

Nonetheless, Alpha IVF said the proposed exercise is subject to the approvals from the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC)  and Bursa Securities.

"Barring any unforeseen circumstances and subject to all required approvals being obtained, the board expects the proposal to be completed by 4Q 2026," it said.

Alpha IVF was listed on the ACE Market on March 22, 2024.

At lunch break today, its share edged up half-a-sen to 27 sen from Friday's close of 26.5 sen, with 2.62 million shares changing hands. - Bernama
