Glomac's Fateh Iskandar raises stake via open-market purchases


KUALA LUMPUR: Glomac Bhd group managing director and chief executive officer Datuk Seri Fateh Iskandar Mohamed Mansor has raised his direct stake in the property developer to 20.87% following further open-market purchases.

In Bursa Malaysia filings, Glomac said Fateh Iskandar acquired a total of 12,000 shares over three trading days on Sept 11, 14 and 15 for RM3,740.

Following the purchases, he holds 160.15 million shares directly, representing a 20.87% stake.

The purchases were also reflected as indirect interests of his father, Glomac founder and group non-executive chairman Tan Sri Mohamed Mansor Fateh Din, and his son, group executive director Fateh Idzham Fateh Iskandar.

Mohamed Mansor has direct and indirect interests of 13.72% and 20.87%, respectively, while Fateh Idzham has direct and indirect interests of 9.25% and 20.87%, respectively.
