Ta Win in workforce rationalisation


PETALING JAYA: Ta Win Holdings Bhd has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ta Win Industries (M) Sdn Bhd (TWI), will be undertaking a rationalisation of its workforce.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Ta Win said the exercise formed part of the ongoing efforts of the company and its subsidiaries to optimise operational efficiency and preserve long-term sustainability.

“The exercise will affect approximately 39 employees, representing about 52% of TWI’s total workforce.

“All affected employees will be provided with additional support, including career counselling and job placement assistance.

“The exercise will commence from Sept 11, 2026,” the company said.
