PETALING JAYA: Sorento Capital Bhd will transfer its listing from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on Friday, Aug 28.
Bursa Malaysia said the transfer will take effect at 9am, with Sorento Capital to be listed under the consumer products and services sector.
The company’s stock short name, Sorento, and stock number, 0326, will remain unchanged following the transfer.
Sorento Capital, which was listed on the ACE Market in October 2024, first proposed the transfer in March this year, citing its compliance with the Main Market’s requirements on profit track record, financial position and positive net cash flow from operating activities.
The Securities Commission subsequently approved the proposed transfer last month. The company is principally involved in the distribution of bathroom and kitchenware products.
