Geohan wins RM37mil high-rise contract


KUALA LUMPUR: Geohan Corp Bhd has secured a RM37mil residential development contract from Chin Hin Property (Segambut) Sdn Bhd, lifting its year-to-date contract wins to about RM250mil.

The foundation and geotechnical specialist said its wholly-owned subsidiary Geohan Sdn Bhd received a letter of award from Chin Hin Property (Segambut), a subsidiary of Chin Hin Group Property Bhd.

Under the contract, Geohan will serve as the specialist contractor for earthworks, piling, and sub-structure construction for a high-rise residential development located in Mukim Batu, Kuala Lumpur.

The development comprises two serviced apartment towers of 58 storeys and 55 storeys respectively, with a total of 1,546 units.

Geohan said the works are slated for completion by end-August 2027.

Separately, Geohan said its second-quarter revenue rose 17.7% quarter-on-quarter to a record RM121.8mil.
