Infomina Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Infomina Services Sdn Bhd is acquiring a 51.0% stake in Blue Fortress Sdn Bhd for RM25.5mn from Luke Shu Ern Huong, Seu Nga @ Peter Shu, Tan Chin Moy and Yap Sin Hoe.

SRKK AI Bhd has entered into five sale and purchase agreements to acquire five office units in Klang, Selangor for RM1.6mn from Zhong Lee Fishery Sdn Bhd, Lim Chai Leng, Chua Yok Wan, Lim Kean Seng and Lim Boon Kian.

Bintai Kinden Corp Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko Sdn Bhd, has received a letter of award following an open tender conducted by PLUS Malaysia Berhad for two parcels of leasehold land measuring approximately 103 acres in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.

BM Greentech Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Boilermech Sdn Bhd, has signed a MoU with QL NutriFood Sdn Bhd and Synbio Power Sdn Bhd to collaborate through a special purpose vehicle.

YTL Power International Bhd, through its unit SIPP Power Sdn Bhd, is partnering with JLand Group to develop a gigawatt-scale data centre campus at Sedenak Tech Park West, Johor.

Bus Cap Bhd has signed a MoU with BYD Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Shenzhen, China, to jointly advance a Malaysia-based new energy commercial vehicle platform.

Petronas Chemicals Group Bhd returned to the black with a 2QFY26 net profit of RM414.0mn, compared to a net loss of RM1.1bn in the same quarter last year.

SP Setia Bhd posted a net profit of RM98.1mn in 2QFY26, slightly down from RM99.8mn a year ago.

TSH Resources Bhd's 2Q26 net profit rose 6.7% to RM52.5mn from RM49.2mn in the same quarter a year ago on better extraction rates, lower costs and stronger joint-venture contributions.

UEM Sunrise Bhd reported a net profit of RM46.8mn in 2QFY26, up 109.0% YoY from RM22.4mn, as revenue rose 36.9% to RM605.7mn from RM442.4mn.

Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Keluarga Bhd reported a net profit of RM88.8mn in 2QFY26, up 5.9% YoY from RM83.8mn, as revenue increased 14.5% to RM1.6bn from RM1.0bn.

Optimax Holdings Bhd reported a net profit of RM3.8mn in 2QFY26, down 8.1% YoY from RM4.2mn, despite revenue rising 9.5% to RM37.4mn from RM34.1mn.

Gas Malaysia Bhd reported a net profit of RM72.5mn in 2QFY26, down from RM99.1mn in the year-ago quarter, as revenue dropped to RM1.6bn from RM1.8bn, primarily due to a lower average natural gas selling price.

TH Plantations Bhd registered a net profit of RM5.8mn in 2QFY26, down from RM11.8mn in 2QFY25 due to lower sales volumes of crude palm oil and palm kernel, despite higher average realised selling prices.

Hong Leong Industries Bhd reported a 22.6% YoY increase in 4QFY26 net profit to RM143.6mn from RM117.2mn.

Pekat Group Bhd posted record-high 2QFY26 earnings of RM14.2mn, compared with RM11.0mn a year earlier, as all of its business divisions generated stronger contributions.
