NCT Group partners RHB Bank, SJPP to support SME growth

KUALA LUMPUR: NCT Group of Companies has partnered with RHB Bank Bhd and Syarikat Jaminan Pembiayaan Perniagaan Bhd (SJPP) to support Malaysian small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through access to financing and government guarantee schemes.

The three organisations jointly organised a seminar series themed “Driving SME Growth with Tailored Financial Solutions & Government Guarantee Schemes”, aimed at addressing practical challenges faced by SMEs at different stages of growth.

NCT Group, in a statement, said the sessions provided SMEs with information on tailored financing facilities, government guarantee schemes, business expansion strategies, sustainability adoption and productivity enhancement.

NCT Group general manager of sales and marketing Simon Chan said supporting SMEs required a strong business ecosystem as Malaysia advances its industrial transformation agenda.

“As a developer that works closely with many SMEs, we understand the challenges businesses face as they grow.

“Working with established partners allows us to respond more effectively to these needs and contribute to the continued development of Malaysia’s industrial sector and economy,” he said.

Beyond financing solutions, the seminars also showcased industrial development opportunities in their respective regions.

The Kuala Lumpur session highlighted NCT Smart Industrial Park (NSIP), located within the Integrated Development Region in South Selangor, while the Penang session featured NCT Innosphere (NIS) in Bukit Kayu Hitam, Kedah.

NCT Group said NIS is positioned to support cross-border trade, logistics and advanced manufacturing within the Northern Corridor Economic Region.

Participants were also given the opportunity to engage directly with representatives from NCT Group, RHB Bank and SJPP to discuss their business needs and explore suitable support for their expansion plans.
