’s prospects are underpinned by a growing base of recurring and services revenue, as well as continued enterprise demand for digitalisation and workforce solutions across its core markets, with the board remaining cautiously optimistic for the remainder of FY26.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said its growth should be supported by its AiTech, PeopleTech, AutoTech and FinTech verticals, while regional expansion in Indonesia and Thailand remains a priority to diversify its revenue base and build recurring income streams.
For the second quarter ended June 30, 2026 (2Q26), Ramssol’s revenue rose 9.4% year-on-year (y-o-y) to RM27.28mil, while net profit attributable to owners increased 29.9% to RM7.43mil.
Profits in the quarter were supported by stronger AiTech deployments in Indonesia, PeopleTech cloud-as-a-service subscriptions and expanding AutoTech motorcycle transactions.
For the first six months of FY26, revenue increased 15% y-o-y to RM49.48mil, while profit attributable to owners rose 20.5% to RM13.93mil.
The group added that 2Q26 revenue grew 22.9% from the preceding quarter, reflecting accelerated enterprise AiTech client onboarding, wider regional software licensing and greater operating scale within AutoTech.
