Advancecon unit bags RM121.66mil sub-contract for data centre water supply project in Port Dickson


KUALA LUMPUR: Advancecon Holdings Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Advancecon Infra Sdn Bhd has been appointed the sub-contractor for the construction of earthworks and associated works for the Off-River Storage (OES) under the proposed 65 million litres per day Water Supply Scheme Development for a data centre in Pork Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.

It said in a bourse filing the RM121.66mil contract will be completed within 30 days from the date of written instruction for physical works and mobilisation.

The group said the contract was received from the contractor appointed for the project, which has undertaken various major infrastructure and construction projects in Malaysia, including the PKNS Cyber Valley and raw water pipeline project in Rasau RWTP.

It was also involved in the finishing works of the MRT Line 2 in Cyberjaya.
