MMCS bags RM25mil GLC contract


PETALING JAYA: MM Computer Systems Bhd (MMCS) has secured contracts worth RM24.54mil through its wholly owned subsidiary, Micro Technology Solution Sdn Bhd (MTS), to provide server and network maintenance support services to a government-linked corporation (GLC).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, MMCS said MTS had accepted two letters of award dated June 30 from the customer, whose identity was not disclosed as consent to reveal its name had not been obtained.

The customer is a Main Market-listed GLC involved in the generation, transmission, distribution and sale of electricity.

The two contracts are valued at RM12.24mil and RM12.31mil, respectively, including sales and service tax, and will run for three years from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029.
