MMCS unit bags two IT support contracts valued at RM24.54mil


KUALA LUMPUR: Enterprise IT solutions provider MM Computer Systems Bhd's (MMCS) wholly-owned subsidiary Micro Technology Solution Sdn Bhd (MTS) has secured two contracts for the provision of server and network maintenance support services works for a total of RM24.54mil.

The customer, which was not named, is a government-linked corporation operating in Malaysia and is principally involved in the generation, transmission, distribution and sales of electricity.

 

These contracts are effective immediately for a period of three years from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029.

The contract is more than double the size of MMCS’ net profit of RM10.12mil for its financial year ended Dec 31, 2025 (FY25).

MMCS was listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia on June 11, 2026, at an initial public offering (“IPO”) price of 22 sen.  The company raised RM26.18mil from the IPO’s public issue of new shares.
