Yayasan Peneraju CEO  to step down

PETALING JAYA: Yayasan Peneraju chief executive officer or CEO Ibrahim Sani will be stepping down from his role, effective July 1, 2026.

In a statement yesterday, the agency said since assuming the role in November 2023, Ibrahim has spearheaded Yayasan Peneraju’s shift from wealth creation to value creation, with the aim of nurturing professional, business and community leaders who can contribute to Malaysia’s socio-economic development.

As part of this transformation, Yayasan Peneraju launched its Talent Bank in 2024 as a strategic platform for identifying and nurturing high-potential bumiputra talents.

An agency under the Economy Ministry, Yayasan Peneraju said the process of identifying the new leadership has commenced and the announcement will be made in due course.

In the meantime, the agency said it will ensure that its operations and strategic initiatives continue as usual.
