Hextar Retail to acquire Zok Noodle House assets for RM1mil


PETALING JAYA: Hextar Retail Bhd (HRB) is proposing to acquire the assets of Zok Noodle House outlet in Bandar Sunway, Selangor from Zok TRX Sdn Bhd for RM1.25mil.

HRB said it is acquiring all the assets, including (but not limited to) inventory, fixtures, fittings, furniture, equipment, licences, permits, operations, goodwill, trade name, customer data, rights under tenancy(ies), rights to sales proceeds and such other business rights to the business located at Bandar Sunway.

“The proposed acquisition is in line with the group’s diversification plan into the food and beverage (F&B) industry offering diverse F&B aligned with the strategy of catering to diverse consumer preference.”
