PETALING JAYA: Wil-Key Bhd is eyeing a listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.
The company is a civil and environmental engineering service provider, specialising in the construction of civil and environmental infrastructure, supply and installation of geosynthetic systems, as well as supply of related products and services.
In its prospectus exposure, the company said its initial public offering (IPO) will entail the public issue of 88.46 million new ordinary shares.
The company said proceeds from the IPO will be for the purchase of new machineries, expansion of workforce and repayment of bank borrowings.
“Leveraging our established capabilities in civil and environmental engineering, we intend to expand into engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning for renewable energy facilities, particularly biogas power generation facilities,” it said.
