PETALING JAYA: Northern Solar Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Northern Solar Sdn Bhd (NSSB), has entered into a subcontract agreement for Plot-B construction works with a contract price of RM47.53mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said NSSB entered into an agreement with a contractor.
Due to the confidential provision in the agreement, the identity of the contractor cannot be disclosed. The project follows NSSB’s acceptance of the letter of award announced on March 3, 2026 in relation to the Plot-B construction works.
Northern Solar said the duration of the project is for a period of 15 months commencing from the date of execution of the agreement and the tentative completion date of the project is on July 1, 2027.
