Sunsuria records healthier 2Q26 earnings on project advancement

PETALING JAYA: Sunsuria Bhd has recorded a revenue of RM120.61mil and profit before tax (PBT) of RM14.04mil for its second quarter ended March 31, 2026 (2Q26).

Quarter-on-quarter (q-o-q) revenue increased by RM2.57mil compared with the immediate preceding quarter, supported by stronger contributions from Bangsar Hill Park Talisa as construction progressed and sales activities continued during 2Q26, it said in a statement.

“PBT increased by RM6.57mil q-o-q, driven by an improved overall project mix.

“Revenue in 2Q26 stood at RM120.61mil compared with RM125.93mil in the corresponding quarter a year earlier, while PBT decreased marginally from RM14.16mil to RM14.04mil.”

The group said this mainly reflected the completion of several development projects in the previous and current financial years, partially offset by contributions from ongoing developments, including Bangsar Hill Park Talisa, Sunsuria Kejora Business Park – Semi-D Industrial (Phase 1) and Sunsuria City The Chapter.

Year-to-date, the group recorded a revenue of RM238.65mil and PBT of RM21.51mil, compared with a revenue of RM284.31mil and PBT of RM37.35mil in the corresponding period last year.
