Empire records solid maiden full-year results

The company's net profit for the full year came in at RM45.74mil.

PETALING JAYA: Empire Premium Food Bhd has posted a revenue of RM297.1mil for the financial year ended March 2026, marking its maiden full-year results following its recent listing.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, the owner- operator behind the Empire Sushi brand said its grab-n-go outlets remained its largest revenue contributor, accounting for 87.3% of total revenue, while quick dine-in outlets contributed the remaining 12.7%.

Its net profit for the full year came in at RM45.74mil, supported by outlet expansion, economies of scale, operational efficiencies and sustained customer demand.

Chief executive officer Nicole Lim said Empire remained resilient despite a softer consumer spending environment in the fourth quarter and higher operating costs.
