In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the glass mineral wool insulation manufacturer said it is actively seeking investments in eco-tourism and agriculture to leverage the potential of its land holdings.
For its fourth quarter ended Feb 28, 2026, PGF said its net profit dipped to RM8.08mil from RM13.89mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue rose to RM37.78mil from RM33.68mil a year earlier.
For the financial year ended Feb 28, 2026, net profit dropped to RM25.99mil from RM33.87mil a year earlier, while revenue rose to RM167.88mil from RM155.01mil previously.
PGF has proposed a final dividend of 3.5 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended Feb 28, 2026.
