Vetece bags RM39.6mil CRM cloud contract


PETALING JAYA: Vetece Holdings Bhd (VTC) has entered into an agreement with a leading Malaysian utility company for the provision of customer relationship management Cloud software subscription, maintenance and support services, as well as enhancement services valued at RM39.63mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the enterprise information technology solutions provider said the contract is expected to be delivered over the financial years ending Aug 31, 2026, up to Aug 31, 2029.

“The contract will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholdings of VTC and its subsidiaries.

“However, the contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings and net assets of the group over the financial year ending Aug 31, 2026 up to Aug 31, 2029.”

VTC said it does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risks associated with the supply of products.

The company said it will take the necessary steps to mitigate the risks as and when it occurs based on its past experiences and expertise.
