KUALA LUMPUR: Here is a recap of the announcements that made headlines in Corporate Malaysia.

Arka Bhd said it has proposed to dispose of its entire 40.0% stake in Enfrasys Solutions Sdn Bhd for RM43.0mn in cash, which is expected to result in a pro forma gain of RM9.1mn.

Axteria Group Bhd said it has proposed to acquire an 80.0% stake in Niaga Sari Sdn Bhd for RM35.0mn in cash to strengthen its construction capabilities and support its property development activities.

Crescendo Corporation Bhd said its wholly owned subsidiary, Crescendo Development Sdn Bhd, has entered into a conditional agreement to dispose of 49.7 acres of freehold land in Kota Tinggi, Johor, for RM346.5mn.

Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd said it has proposed to settle RM63.6mn owed to its wholly owned subsidiary, AIMAX Capital Sdn Bhd, via the transfer of 184 serviced apartment units in Kajang with an agreed value of RM62.5mn.

Ideal Capital Bhd has proposed a bonus issue of 1.0bn new shares on the basis of two new shares for every one existing share held, aimed at enhancing trading liquidity and broadening shareholder participation.

MCE Holdings Bhd said it is acquiring a 50.0% stake in FP Project Enterprise Sdn Bhd for RM1.9mn to strengthen its upstream capabilities and enhance supply chain integration.

Pertama Digital Bhd said it has submitted its revised regularisation plan to the Securities Commission Malaysia, including updated terms for its proposed acquisition of 80.0% stakes in D-Ron Singapore Pte Ltd and D-Ron Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

Pinehill Pacific Bhd said it has obtained approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd to defer the delisting of its securities to Apr 30, 2026, to facilitate the completion of its scheme of compromise and arrangement.

Shell Malaysia said it is working to stabilise fuel supply across its petrol station network following reports of temporary shortages.

United Malacca Bhd said PRL Global Ltd has ceased to be a substantial shareholder after disposing of a 3.8% stake, or 7.9mn shares, for RM45.5mn.

Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd said its executive chairman Tan Sri Rozali Ismail will step down effective Jun 30 following a three-month transition period beginning Apr 1 and he will also relinquish his directorships in its subsidiaries.

Velesto Energy Bhd said non-independent and non-executive director Fadzihan Abbas Mohamed Ramlee has resigned following Permodalan Nasional Bhd’s decision to change its nominee director.

Big Caring Group Bhd said it is ramping up automation and AI adoption in its supply chain ahead of its IPO.

Inspace Creation Bhd said it has entered into an underwriting agreement with TA Securities Holdings Bhd for its proposed ACE Market listing.

MTT Shipping and Logistics Bhd said its retail IPO tranche was oversubscribed by 2.7x ahead of its Main Market listing on Apr 21.
