PETALING JAYA: foodpanda Malaysia has appointed Kenneth Soh as its new managing director.

In a statement, the on-demand delivery platform said Soh will lead its business strategy and nationwide operations, focusing on growth to further strengthen foodpanda’s position as Malaysia’s most-loved everyday platform.

Soh has extensive leadership experience in South-East Asia’s digital economy, most recently as Malaysia country manager at PropertyGuru Group, driving growth for PropertyGuru and iProperty.

He previously held senior roles at Shopee Malaysia across growth, marketing, commercial development and communications.

Soh said Malaysians today seek more than convenience, looking instead for a seamless, reliable partner for their daily needs.

He added that foodpanda is well-positioned to meet this demand by integrating meals, groceries and everyday essentials into a single ecosystem.

“I am excited to bring this to life by driving operational excellence and great customer experience, while strengthening the support for the merchants and delivery partners who are the backbone of our business,” Soh said.
