Silver Ridge wins RM2.7mil renovation job


PETALING JAYA: Silver Ridge Holdings Bhd has accepted a letter of award from Sunway Iskandar Sdn Bhd for renovation works to an office building and apartment complex in Johor Baru, Johor, totalling RM2.66mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the renovation works will be divided into two phases.

The first phase commenced on April 1 and will be completed on June 30, 2026.

The second phase will be set out in a notice of commencement and completed within three months of issuance.

Silver Ridge said the contract will contribute to the earnings of the group for the financial year ending June 30, 2026.

The contract will not have any material effect on the issued and paid-up capital, substantial shareholders’ shareholding, net asset per share and gearing of the company and its subsidiaries.
