Gary Neal Christenson steps down as Bumi Armada CEO


KUALA LUMPUR: Bumi Armada Bhd has announced that Gary Neal Christenson has stepped down as CEO of the company, ahead of the expiry of his term on May 15, 2025.

In a statement, the company said Christenson, who has also stepped down from the the board of directors of the company and its subsidiaries and joint-controlled entities, requested for an early release.

In his stead, Luke Targett, the company's chief financial officer, and Alex Bridgen, who is the chief operating officer, will jointly lead the company. They will be reporting to the risk management committee of the Bumi Armada board.

"The Bumi Armada Board would like to thank Mr Christenson for his services to the company since May 2018, and wish him the best in his future endeavours," said the company.
