YTL-REIT leases hotel in Puchong to YTL Corp unit


PETALING JAYA: YTL Hospitality REIT (YTL-REIT) has leased its hotel in Puchong, Selangor, now known as AC Hotel Puchong, to Prisma Tulin Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, YTL-REIT said the lease, effective April 1, 2026, is for 15 years with an option to renew for another 15 years.

Annual rental is set at RM3.64mil for the first five years, increasing to RM3.822mil for years six to 10 and RM4.013mil for years 11 to 15, with a 5% step-up every five years.

Prisma Tulin is a wholly owned subsidiary of YTL Corp Bhd.

For its second quarter ended Dec 31, 2025, YTL REIT’s net profit rose to RM47.77mil from RM32.42mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue grew to RM154.47mil from RM147.49mil a year earlier.
