Steel Hawk secures three-year machining maintenance contract from PRPC Utilities and Facilities

PETALING JAYA: Steel Hawk Bhd has secured a call-out contract for maintenance of workshop machining for PRPC Utilities and Facilities Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the onshore and offshore support services provider said the contract will last three years from March 2026 to March 2029 and is for the centralised maintenance workshop at the Pengerang Integrated Complex.

“The contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of the company. The contract is not expected to have any material effect on the net assets of Steel Hawk and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending (FYE) Dec 31, 2026.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of Steel Hawk Group for the FYE Dec 31, 2026,” it said.

The company added that the contract is not expected to expose the company to any new risks as it is already actively involved in similar services within Steel Hawk Group.
