PETALING JAYA: Exsim Hospitality Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd (ECSB), has secured a sub-contract work deal to supply and install building services and general building works from Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Exsim stated the subcontract is valued at RM73.66mil. ECSB is principally involved in providing specialised fit-out services for hospitality property assets.
The main contract commenced on April 29, 2025 and is scheduled for completion on Sept 28, 2028. ECSB shall carry out the sub-contract works in accordance with the master work programme prepared by Binastra, the filing noted.
The implementation of the sub-contract works is subject to the approval of shareholders of Exsim for the proposed diversification of its business into general contracting at a forthcoming EGM.
