West River in RM11mil project win


PETALING JAYA: West River Bhd has accepted a letter of award from BUCG (M) Sdn Bhd for the execution and completion of electrical services works for the Park Green development at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, worth RM11.28mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the electrical engineering and intelligent building solutions provider said the sub-contract encompasses the alternative design, supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical services for two 47-storey serviced apartment blocks comprising 453 units.

Scheduled for completion by July 31, 2028, the contract is awarded on a lump sum firm price basis derived from agreed unit rates, which are fixed and not subject to cost fluctuations throughout the contract period.
