PETALING JAYA: Jati Tinggi Group Bhd has secured a contract from Tenaga Nasional Bhd to perform contract works for 275 kilovolts (kV) of bulk supply to a data centre in Pasir Gudang, Johor, worth RM79.86mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the infrastructure utilities engineering solutions provider said the nature of the contract is to lay 275 kVs of double circuit underground cables for connection to a data centre in Johor.

“The contract shall be effective from March 2, 2026 and shall be completed within 270 days from the commencement date of the contract, which will be determined later.”

It added that the contract will not have any effect on the share capital and the shareholdings of the substantial shareholders of the company.
