’s unit TDM Plantation Sdn Bhd has appointed Terengganu Dredging Sdn Bhd as its contractor for the oil palm field rehabilitation pilot project at Kemaman.
The contract value is at RM7.65mil and it is deemed a related party transaction in view of the intersecting interests of a common shareholder and director.
