TXCD bags two jobs totalling RM119mil


PETALING JAYA: TXCD Bhd has secured two construction jobs from Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd totalling RM119.14mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the construction firm said the first project, worth RM63.79mil, involves the construction and completion of structural and architectural works for podium for a project located at Lot 1666, 1667, 1668 & 1669, Sek 41, Lorong Raja Uda 2, Kuala Lumpur.

The project commenced yesterday and is expected to be completed on July 31, 2027.

The second project, worth RM55.35mil, involves the construction and completion of structural works (podium) and external works (road and drainage works within boundary) to a project located at Lot 124, Lot 125, Lot 126, Lot 127 & Lot 128, Seksyen 44, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.

This project also will commenced yesterday and is scheduled to be completed on June 10, 2027.

TXCD said the contracts are expected to contribute positively to the group’s future earnings, earnings per share and consolidated net assets of the group.
