Toll highway drives Taliworks’ 4Q revenue

The company said the improved revenue was mainly driven by the toll highway segment.

PETALING JAYA: Taliworks Corp Bhd’s net profit for its fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2025 dropped to RM14.56mil from RM16.87mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue grew to RM132.48mil from RM101.1mil a year earlier.

In a statement, the infrastructure and utilities company said the improved revenue was mainly driven by the toll highway segment, arising from the recognition of higher government compensation of RM36.1mil, against RM1.3mil recognised in the prior year’s corresponding quarter, alongside a steady contribution from the renewable energy segment.

For the full year ended Dec 31, 2025, revenue rose by 2.3% to RM461.9mil from RM451.4mil in the previous year.

“The steady growth was attributed to higher contributions from the construction and renewable energy segments.”

The board of directors declared a fourth interim single-tier dividend of 0.75 sen per share amounting to RM15.12mil, which shall be paid on March 31, 2026.
