PJBumi gets RM4.3mil BIM consultant work

PETALING JAYA: PJBumi Bhd has accepted a purchase order from T7 Kemuncak Sdn Bhd in relation to the provision of building information modelling (BIM) consultant work amounting to RM4.28mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the professional fee is based on a 24-month project duration.

“Any extension beyond this agreed period will be treated as a variation order (VO) and the additional fee will be discussed and mutually agreed upon prior to the commencement of any work beyond the initial 24-month contract.

“Any minor adjustments to the project schedule within this period may also be accommodated upon mutual agreement between the parties.”

It added that the purchase order is expected to contribute positively to PJBumi’s consolidated earnings and net assets from the financial year ending June 30, 2026 onwards.
