Haily secures RM48mil Johor contract


PETALING JAYA: Haily Group Bhd has accepted a letter of award from Gunung Impian Development Sdn Bhd for the construction of 113 units of double-storey homes in Johor.

The contract that was won via Haily’s wholly-owned subsidiary is valued at RM48.2mil and will be divided into three sections. Works will start on Feb 23, 2026 and are expected to be completed on Oct 22, 2027.

Haily said the project will begin with the construction of a new electrical substation, a show house and a mock-up that must be completed by Aug 22, 2026 while the remaining units of homes and related infrastructure and landscape works will be completed in Oct 2027.

The group said the project was in its best interest and is expected to contribute positively to its earnings.
