BCorp redesignates Nerine Tan to CEO

PETALING JAYA: Berjaya Corp Bhd (BCorp) has announced the redesignation of its joint chief executive officer (CEO) Nerine Tan Sheik Ping, to the position of CEO.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, BCorp, apart from announcing Tan’s redesignation, also announced that its joint CEO Vivienne Cheng Chi Fan (66) has resigned.

Tan, who is the daughter of BCorp founder Tan Sri Vincent Tan, has more than 25 years of experience in sales and operations, marketing strategies and business development capabilities over multiple industries.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from the London School of Economics, United Kingdom.
